Omar Hadhud, a Palestinian representative at the crossing, said Egyptian authorities allowed eight truckloads of fuel -- around 400,000 liters -- across the Israeli side.
Earlier Egyptian officials had accused Israel of delaying shipments, while Palestinians said Cairo was responsible for the delay.
The sole power plant in Gaza shut down last Wednesday because it had run out of fuel after the Qatari shipment was delayed.
Last week Israeli authorities opened the al-Oja crossing as an exception to allow the fuel in.
